• In charge of full TRS cycle including data collection, data verification, data processing, data analysis and report production
• In charge of Other industries and Financial services industry including Banking, Non-banking and Insurance with more than 50 big local companies and MNC
• Provide professional customer services and consultations of survey products and report implementation

Human Resources Consulting Project

• Join as project coordinator of HR consulting projects including Position evaluation, Designing internal grade and salary structure, Developing KPI and performance management system, Designing job descriptions and functional matrix, Organizational Development, … for clients in various industries such as FMCG, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, ...
• Main responsibilities: ensure the project delivery on time with high quality, report preparation.
• In charge of documents standardization and process improvement for higher efficiency: Propose and implement new idea in alignment with directions from line manager or head of department.
