• Designing and implementing innovative recruitment campaigns and strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Utilizing various channels such as online job websites, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to source candidates. Conducting initial resume screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Working closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure these needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
