This role involves the coordination and administration of various Organization Development & Change processes across the Corporation to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness.


The role includes the following responsibilities:

1. Job analysis and design
➢ Conducting the Job Analysis process.
➢ Developing, updating and reviewing job descriptions as per need.
➢Continuously ensure the Job Description database is up to date.


2. Job Evaluation process
➢ Conducting and administering job evaluation processes as per need.
➢ Continuously ensure the job grading database is up to date.


3. Organizational Structure
➢ Creating and update the required organizational units and positions including the correct reporting lines between organizational units and positions for correct relationships on SAP, Visio and Job descriptions.
➢ Compiling SAP reports, in terms of jobs, positions, organizational units and vacancies, as per stakeholders’ request.
➢ Coordinating and facilitating activities relating to the organization structure review and consolidating inputs for structural changes / improvements and cost proposed structure.


4. Workforce planning
➢Collecting and obtaining data required for annual workforce plan.
➢Running a monthly report from SAP on the positions to be vacated and engage line management to determine the need to fill the vacated positions.
➢Preparing job advertisements in consultation with relevant stakeholders and submit for advertising of vacancies.


5. Vacancies verifications
➢ Verifying the existence of positions and budget availability for positions vacated through normal attrition and activating them for recruitment purposes.


6. Organization culture /climate processes
➢Coordinating and facilitating the implementation of employee engagement initiative’s, such as organizational climate and culture, employee engagement as per the developed plan.

➢Administering surveys as per the requests received.
➢Conducting exit interviews for every employee leaving the organization and compiling a quarterly report

➢Developing an Individual Development Plan for incoming in-trainees to ensure they are adequately capacitated.

➢Administering the In-Training’s onboarding, quarterly and yearly reports and feedback sessions.

➢Ensuring the permanent placement of in-trainees after the program.
