Handled Import and Export shipments ( by Sea/ Air/ Land).

• Import Shipment: Received pre-alert document from overseas agents, checking the status on HBLs, MBLs and submitted manifest to customs house and shipping line. Issued Arrival Notice, Authorization letter, and Invoice Charges to consignees for arrange processing to do customs clearance to pick up the cargo.
• Export Shipment: checking cargo booking from shippers and agents and instructed them to deliver cargo to the CFS warehouse, inspecting cartons of cargo before loading into container, preparing documents for clearance with customs, issuing HBLs, MBLs, Invoices, Debit Notes to shippers, and send pre-alert documents to oversea agents.
