- Provide business consulting services to customers and portfolio companies (as part of investment monitoring work) including strategic consulting (9 companies), financial analysis, modeling & projection (20+ companies), and business valuation (20+ companies).
- Monitor and support invested companies - financial health check, product development, strategic plan development, business growth strategy recommendation, operation optimization, strategic partners linkage, and risk management.
- Manage business analysis department by building up working system, developing department level strategic plan & budget, managing database, delivering on job training, and leading the strategic execution with 10+ team members.
- Prepare and provide training related to investment, financial analysis, and business strategy to entrepreneurs and team as strategic tool to develop investment pipeline, support portfolio companies, and develop team capacity.
