  • Control and other automated proper approval to meet business-wise strategies.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 user troubleshooting and licensing assignment, Endpoint.
  • Compliance, Microsoft Intune, Azure AD. SSO Integration & troubleshoot.
  • Manage and roll out users' management on various systems such as ITSM, CSM.
