• Direct, lead, and monitor the production process from the product development stage and follow up stores, sample, cutting, technical, IE, planning, quality, maintainers, sewing, and finishing departments, for the smooth operation of production and ensure the targets are met to on-time deliveries with buyer-required quality standards & quantities at right time in a cost-effective manner.
• Develop and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring about continuous improvement and enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Identifying potential delay-causing situations that will lead to challenges in meeting basic KPIs; cut-to-ship ratio, labor and machine productivity, production cost per unit, daily earning, line efficiency, and monitoring overall garments production team KPI.
• Daily monitor on sewing and finishing department to fulfill order quantity to avoid any sort of short shipment and ensure shipment schedule.
• Monitor productivity, materials, inventory, and reconciliation of individual styles.
• Simulate and troubleshoot delays caused by production systems with relevant departments.
• Take initiative for implementing Kaizen, 5's, technical and social compliance audit requirements on the Production floor.
• Lead safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero Non-Compliance.
