Khartoum -Madani Petroleum Products Pipeline Project (KMPP)

Survey and civil works for a 12 inch pipeline with total length of 220km from Khartoum Refinery to Wad Madani, Mother Station and a Terminal Station:

- topographic survey work for route by using the maps from google earth and visit the site in natural using the GPS ( SOKKIA-GRX1)

- establishing the control points for the route along 220 km

-stakeout the route using GPS and Total Station and complete the right of way

-follow up of earth work and trenching for pipeline (leveling & check the depth)

- work in four (valve station) on the pipeline route including fence, solar system,  valve chamber ,cathodic protection points , SCADA shelters , back-filling works.

- Construction works in the Mother Station contain : network piping , pipe supports , electrical instruments , close drain system , pig launcher system ( determine  the anchor bolts by total station and level )

- check the drawings ( alignment sheets , shop drawing , Autocad files , 3D model , isometric drawing , P&ID )

- As built work after make the modifications in route and facilities including the changes in location ( coordinates ) and in the levels .

Madani Strategic Depots  Project (MSDP)

construction of civil works for terminal station includes :

- Survey work of  twelve storage tank for petroleum product with a different capacity includes determine the center and perimeter of tanks , excavation work ,ring beam level, compacted layers of backfilling , follow up the welding work , settlement for ring beam  .

- fire fighting system includes determine the routs of pipes and foam shelter .

- create the pumps shelter by determine the anchor bolts location and level using the Total Station and Digital Level.

- drainage system includes Channels , ditches , sewers system (septic tanks and pits) .

- construction the administration and technical buildings (Laboratory ,MCC and Control Room and Masjid) the works includes stake out the limit of buildings and concert points for slaps and columns , steel structure works .

- Loading Arms Gantry contains the Inlets and exits ways by determine the directions and landscape works .

- Earthworks for platforms, internal and external Roads .

Garri Gasoil Pipeline Project (GGPP)

construction works of an 810 m long, 8-inch diameter Gasoil pipeline from GAT depot to 10 inch exiting pipeline feeding GARRI 3 station:

- design the rout using autocad and google earth.

- surveying  the route by GPS and Total Station  and stake out the center line.

- make the pipe support for  the above ground section .
