Job Duties & Responsibilities (JD)

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the entire talent acquisition function (full-cycle recruitment) to ensure the institution attracts and hires high-calibre employees efficiently and in line with business needs.

Strategic Planning & Forecasting:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies and operational plans to meet current and future staffing needs across all departments.
  • Collaborate closely with all Hiring Managers to understand specific role requirements, set clear expectations, and forecast hiring demand.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., Time-to-Fill, Source of Hire, Attrition Rate) and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and quality of hire.

Recruitment Execution & Sourcing:

  • Supervise and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection.
  • Utilize creative and diverse sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment life cycle.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach the Recruitment Team (Recruiters and Coordinators) to enhance their skills, efficiency, and knowledge of the financial services industry.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews for team members and foster a collaborative, results-driven work environment.

Employer Branding & Relationships:

  • Develop and promote the organization's Employer Brand to attract top talent in the market.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with external recruiting agencies, universities, and professional associations.
  • Represent the institution at career fairs and industry events.

5. Compliance & Offer Management:

  • Ensure all recruitment practices and selection processes adhere strictly to local labor laws and the institution's internal policies.
  • Oversee and, where necessary, conduct the negotiation of job offers, salaries, and compensation packages.
  • Coordinate with the HR team for the smooth onboarding of all new employees.

Other Duties:

  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly those affecting the BFSI sector.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Human Resources or Senior Management.
