• Job Description: As a Branch Operation Supervisor (BOS) in addition on maintaining and supporting the process of the branch service frontline and daily operations, I respond on Branch Operations teams management, by direct the working task for Branch Operations officer in order to ensure the proper working process on collecting, checking, and verifying the customer information document and the specimen signature form into the system correctly. Also, do daily and monthly report to Retail Banking support and ensure the document required for account opening are submitted properly to maintain compliance to Operational Manual. Moreover, to perform other operational tasks are assigned from management and avoiding fraud.

• Job Description: As a Branch Operations Officer (BOO), I respond on maintaining and support the process of the branch service frontline. Monitor and maintain a proper stock control for security document (passbook, cheque book, and FD certificate) to speed up the customer service time consuming and prevent any fraud. Segregate account file as per policy i.e dormant, amendment, and close account to ensure proper filing system and avoid any operational risk.
