- Delegate tasks to subordinate staff to monitor QA & QC SOP compliance, ensuring each production process is adhered to.
2. Quality Monitoring and Reporting:

- Review monthly quality passing rates and hold meetings with the GM, factory managers, and production manager to discuss solutions.
