manner
• Design and Install Electrical all kind of Electrical panels
• Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets
• Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established
quality standards
• Prepare document for ISO standard 9001:2015
• Ensure that factory machinery is in good working order
• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations
• Manages the daily activities, operation and troubleshooting
• Oversees the factory setup and facilitate with the local authorities and replated
parties
• Communicate with co-workers, to agree on the best solution for engineering design
• Accountable for work assigned and responsible for completing work on project
schedule and within project budget while regularly communicating status with
management team
• Apply client standards and other applicable guidelines to complete engineering
designs (utility pole replacement communication space rearrangements, join use
design) for possible join use or make ready construction

• Install electrical enclosure panel
• Responsible for reviewing design program of electrical and delivery to the
workshops
• Preparing and Organizing Plan for technician
• Providing technical support to customer to meet their requirement
• Solving and Compromising confronting problems and conflict
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problem
• Monitoring progress and control progress of work, compile reports in project status
• Handle and handover the test and operating manual each electrical system
