I interest this job position because I think that I have all necessary requirement and qualification as you need. To begin with, I would like to introduce myself, I'm 40 years old and currently I continue to studying MBA at BBU in Siem Reap province. Besides that, In addition used to training about credit report understanding of CBC, training on international financing report standard of KPMG, training the effective lending methodologies for MSME in Acleda institution also and training about products and procedures which related to AMK commercial business site and the last one is training about how to build Relationship Base Sale Skill with Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF). Moreover I have many work experiences related to loan non-loan and sale skill, such as: credit officer for PRASAC MFI about a year and a half, customer relationship manager for PPCBank about 5 years. further, I used to work as deputy head of credit for First Investment Specialize Bank base in HQ almost 2 years, additional I used to worked as branch manager for CMK Plc., in Siem Reap branch. And worked as a commercial relationship manager for AMK Microfinance about 3 years and currently, I'm working for Phillip Bank with position as Regional Manager. My duties, I involved in many business activities such as: controlling all branches profit and NPL, training and coaching, solving problem all problem in regional with Branch Manager also kept good relationship authorities and panel (insurance and real estate companies) and support all activities related to branch performance. My previous experience, I'm also used to worked as is Regional Agent Network Manager for Wing Bank in Northern region (Siem Reap, Ordomeanchey, Kampong Tom and Preah Vihear province) and my current duty I working for Water.org with the position is Partnership Account Manager.
