However at the same time, I value my family and love spending time with them. Being family-oriented has been an integral part of my life, and it has instilled in me the values of love, respect, and support. In my free time, I like to indulge in sports as a hobby. It is a great way to stay fit, unwind, and challenge myself. I have always been drawn to sports, and I find it thrilling to compete and push myself to new limits. Overall, I strive to maintain a balance between my professional aspirations and personal life. I believe in living life to the fullest and cherishing the moments that truly matter.

Maintenance Controller

  • Assist Packaging Engineering manager in compiling and managing the maintenance resource budget.
  • Supervise work allocated to engineering personal.
  • Control maintenance activities
  • Provide proposals for replacement of equipment and or upgrade for the yearly Capex.
  • Make recommendations to System Engineer for maintenance mix improvements.
  • Review maintenance schedules
  • Draught Maintenance plans annually, Weekly and daily.
  • Level work to ensure no peaks and dips in activity.
  • Report on breakdowns and repairs carried out and completed as per work instructions.
  • Conduct studies to address product/process issues which Draft reports on equipment from the PM impact product quality
  • Check and sign off work PMCM and PMUM work orders completed by engineering team.
  • Manage and control scheduled Plant Shutdown maintenance and repairs.

Maintenance Co-Ordinator

  • Provide input and manage expenditure for the plant equipment, repairs and maintenance budget from SAP PM planning tables.
  • Identify under, over or inappropriate maintenance activities.
  • Make recommendations to System Engineer to improve maintenance mix.
  • Review maintenance schedules periodically
  • Assist in drafting annual, quarterly, weekly and daily maintenance plans and inform maintenance teams accordingly.
  • Plans include:
  • Preventive Maintenance
  • Corrective maintenance
  • Mechanical, electrical and instrumentation maintenance
  • Level work to ensure no peaks and dips in activity.
  • Agree planned maintenance stoppages with production planner (coordinate maintenance down time with production times)
  • Match planning tables in SAP with Manual Planning boards and ensure that Manual Planning Boards and SAP status is parallel.
  • Chair weekly Planning meeting to secure up the next week’s plan.
  • Issue job cards to specific Technicians/Artisans for specific times to conduct planned maintenance activities as per schedule.
  • Inform Central Stores of spares, tools and materials required ahead of time.
  • Ensure all required spares, tools and materials are available to technician in order to carry out work on job cards through proper planning.
  • Reserve spares and order non-stock items for planned maintenance work
  • Follow up on outstanding non-stock spares orders and take corrective action.
  • Reserve spares for major overhauls and improvement projects
