• Assist Commune/District councils to supervise construction of the project civil work, including:
• Ensure that contractor fully understand the design, technical specifications, requirement of the environmental management plan, etc.;review contractor’s work programme and advise the project owner accordingly;check and verity the contractor’s setting out to ensure correct horizontal and vertical alignment of works;monitor construction to verify that work compiles with designs and technical specifications;check that work is carried out in a safe manner, in compliance with the environmental management plan (where relevant) and with minimal environmental impact
• In case of serious violation of safety or environmental protection, the TSC must report in the first instance to the project owner non action is taken, the TSC must then report the matter directly to NCDD-S;check the quantities of work completed and advise the project owner on approval of the contractor’s requests for payment

• Advise the community on the quality and procurement of construction materials and equipment leasing for construction; Provide technical guidance to construction worker which hire by community; Analyzing volume of work per given timeline/schedule, advice communities on hiring of construction worker; Support community committees to prepare the request for payment, once construction milestones are met or finish; Ensure that the technical drawing, and agreement between MoEYS and community are complied with; Issue a written warning and report to DOC when the instructions are being ignored by community committee; Making weekly and monthly report to DOC for each site in responsibility (up to 7 sites);Track on construction schedule in case of delay will advise the community to reshuffle the activities to catch up immediately; Inspect all materials to ensure they meet approved specifications; Inspect all items in construction progress.

• survey target schools and facilities prepare drawing, specification, quotation of building, school facilities and furniture prepare construction and procurement contract and payment documents - To consult with government sectors related to construction works; monitor the construction site and provide technical advice to construction company during construction period ; conduct join monitoring together with project staff for completion of construction work /furniture delivery and after one year from completion date
• Facilitate bidding process through close communicate with committee members and suppliers; prepare bid document and facilitate process of biding screen company profile prepare contract and deposit document with the company won bid 3
• Design school master plan and explain it to schools; discuss with School Support Committee and design school master plan on the school campus directly by cooperating with construction worker.

• Develop capacity of official officer to become technical office based on results of Training Needs Assessment, through formal and on-the-job training, regarding the use of Technical Manual, bidding and contract procedures and other aspects of the PIM;Technically support to Provincial Planning and Investment Divisions in daily work, monitoring and reporting also in the process of pre-qualification of contractors for commune fund projects and technical officer in supporting local infrastructure development by the commune fund follow the technical manuals, in assisting on preparation of project bidding, contracting, implement and monitoring
• In monitoring and evaluation task;Review feasibility studies designs and cost estimations prepared by technical officer as well as private technical services consultants and assist in development of larger or technically more complex projects, to ensure design quality;In M&E task, I also have to carry out selective field monitoring of the progress of projects as they are implemented at the district, commune and village level
• Another work in M&E task was monitor the project cost estimation and bidding implementation for commune as well as districts so as to ensure its transparency and accountability

• Making budget planning for civil work project of Olympia City which are planning annually consisting with various category of work mostly are in infrastructure and temporary work;Manage construction process with tracking and scheduling;Analyze cost variances ( CPI ) and schedule variance ( SPI );Control Technical work related to Civil Work (sheet pile, bore pile, drainage system, access road etc...);Checking and managing report (annually, monthly and weekly);Leading teamwork meeting (monthly and daily)

Designing, drafting and monitoring all access road in construction site.Designing, drafting and monitoring drainage system including temporary seepage pumping station in construction site.Designing, drafting and revise quantity of cut and fill work.Controlling bored pile and sheet pile work for Olympia C5 - Making report and planning (Weekly and Daily).
