My name is Chansina, and I am writing to express my passion for cooking and my desire to grow further in this field. Cooking has been a part of my life since I was 12 years old, and my love for it has only grown stronger over the years.

I still remember climbing onto the kitchen counter just to watch my nanny cook. I was fascinated by the way she handled the ingredients and how something raw could turn into something warm, flavorful, and comforting. That curiosity quickly turned into action—I started climbing the counter not just to watch, but to cook my own fried eggs and fried rice. At the time, I didn’t realize how special it was, but as I grew older, I began to understand that this was more than just a childhood habit—it was a talent and a passion.

Cooking makes me feel confident and creative. It gives me joy to prepare something from scratch and watch others enjoy it. I believe this passion, combined with my natural ability and willingness to learn, will help me grow into a skilled and thoughtful cook.
