• Prepared monthly and quarterly payroll taxes
• Completed end-of-year financial audits by collaborating with various coworkers
• Preparing and forecasting budget request （Included with other entities)
• Review/amending budget (if necessary) coordinating and disburse for subsidiary budget request
• Prepared and file monthly tax declaration
• Calculate and make payment for staff NSSF contribution
• Bank reconciliation
• Bookkeeping all accounting transactions on QuickBooks and Prepared the monthly report/ Financial statement
• Preparing and coordinating payroll with HR department
• Disburse staff salary (bi-weekly)
• Preparation of cash/payment vouchers and make payment to vendors/requestors
• Accruing monthly expense
• Work with tax officers
• Do such admin work which related to company that i handle (Example: changing address-Communication with the law firm and provide all the documents they need)
• Petty cash and report custody
• Release of cheque payments
• Other ad hoc work and report as assigned
