Bodaiju Recidences Project (14 Stories Condominium, 3 Building Blocks)

• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate Authorities.
• In charge of tendering process to select tenderer according to the project type and budget set by Developer.
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
• Hire staffs and allocate responsibilities
• Monitored project performance to identify areas of improvement and make adjustments.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports to developer.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

AEON Mall Phnom Penh Project.

• In charge of Quantity Survey for structural works, architectural works and variation order works.
• Evaluation of vendors and subcontractors before selecting to join bidding as suppliers and subcontractors.
• Cost control, optimized resource allocation, and improved efficiency in managing projects.
• To coordinate meeting for issue and pending maters between Main Contractor, Consultant and Client.
• Being a representative of local staffs to coordinate with Head Office Management Team and to deal with local authority for any issues happened accordingly related to construction site.

• To assist Country Director for the feasibility study of residential project for 150 ha land at Preak Leap (Ph.P) and previous IFC land 6.8 ha (Ph.P downtown).
• Survey the construction project status in Cambodia and report to Head Office in Korea.
• Looking for big projects and prepares to join bidding (Over USD 50M).
• Being a representative of local staffs to coordinate with Head Office Management Team and to deal with local authority for any issues happened accordingly related to construction site

IFC Tower Project: 52 stories building (Project development was failed)

• Maintained compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards throughout all stages of construction.
• Lead the local site engineers to supervise the construction work such as bored pile and earth anchor work (Substructure work)
• Efficiently managed material procurement processes to prevent delays in the project''s progress.
• Managed project documentation, maintaining accurate records for audits and future reference.
• Ensured site safety by enforcing proper protocols and conducting regular inspections.
• Participated in pre-construction meetings with clients, discussing their expectations and addressing concerns proactively.

New Monivong Bridge Project,

• Supervise the Bridge Construction such as Structural Work and Specification, progress of work and work schedule, checking the QA/QC matter, checking the safety and health matter, arrange Site Co-ordination Meeting and Project Meeting with contractor and owner, assess the payment claim.

Canadia Tower Project, 32 stories building.

• Supervise the Building Construction such as Structural Work and Specification, progress of work and work schedule, checking the QA/QC matter, checking the safety and health matter.

School Building, 4 stories building

• Quantity control, monthly schedule for site work, checking structural work and report to project manager.
