My responsibilities include receiving and inspecting incoming goods, as well as conducting final inspections of raw materials to ensure quality standards are met. Our manufacturing plant is located in Cambodia.

Technical Manager

· Directly communicate with buyer for all the details of the samples need for development such as materials, tech pack discrepancies and request sample patterns.

· Coordinate with the merchandising team for assistance in buyer communication for any other issues witch concern the sample development

· Conduct pre-production meetings with all concerned departments for all new styles.

· Directly coordinate with production for any technical issues and concerns.

Train workers by demonstrating work methods and machine operation.

Initiate process, product and quality improvement

Manage QA/QC team activities

· Manage overall quality control inspection activities

Arrange and coordinate the inspection schedule to ensure all planned inspections are performed accordingly.

· Ensure compliance with quality standards as per customer requirement. Facilitate and conduct training if necessary.

Lead QA/QCteam

Ensure proper coordination between Production Team, Product Development and Buyer Ensure that Pre-production (PPR) meetings, Top of Line (TOL) and Inline

Inspections are being conducted accordingly

Ensure confirmation sample (CS) specifications and comments complies with buyer Standards before preparation of bulk production

Check quality of 1st daily output at production line and provide the line leaders with appropriate instruction/information in solving quality issues.

Conduct regular morning meetings with QA and QC staff to discuss quality issues to ensure Buyer quality Standards are complied.

Check the function, durability and visual quality of the finished product.

Ensure that Inline activities complies with production standard operating procedures Check pattern based on original sample& design.

Conduct pre-production meeting with Production Manager, Q.C. Staff prior to Production.Check and evaluate pre -production samples quality & construction.

Conduct pre-final, final inspection prior to shipment.Report directly to company manager

Strictly monitor production, status, and quality of the following production lines

Coordinate and submit all relevant reports to operation manager regarding production and Quality callouts.

Closely monitor and check the inspection done by quality controllers, from cutting to Packing. Implement new methods, systems and standard as per buyer’s requirement.

Constantly coordinate with prod staff, managers to avoid possible problem arise in Production.

Perform internal audit to ensure concerned departments (i.e., Warehouse, Cutting and Production Line) complies with Buyer standard requirements

Ensure support to the Production Team by providing the necessary ideas and information for a better quality, increased productivity, and solve the anticipated quality issues

Make action plan for buyer’s callout.

Perform TTT Training to all QC regarding the COACH Standard.
